For 40 years Bowman Properties has worked to preserve and restore the historic properties of Chestnut Hill. This beautiful neighborhood is extraordinary in its history, architecture and environmental features.

As a business and member of the community we are very active in sponsoring and supporting Chestnut Hill groups and organizations. We participate in and have long ties to many organizations including the Chestnut Hill Community Association, Chestnut Hill Business Association, Chestnut Hill Conservancy, Woodmere Art Museum and numerous others working to actively support and enhance our community. Bowman Properties has always worked hard to give back to the community while maintaining the historical integrity, maintenance and landscape of our properties as our promise to keep Chestnut Hill beautiful.

Dave Hoylman
Director of Leasing
As a graduate of Penn State University, Dave began his career in hotel management before finding a new home with Bowman Properties where he’s been the Director of Leasing since 2017. His passion for hospitality continues as he welcomes new residents to the community and treats long-time tenants as family and friends.

Kristen is proud to be apart of the team at Bowman Properties! She has creative passion and expertise in marketing, content creation and social media management. She is graduate from Temple University with a degree in Communications and Theatre, which originally brought her to Philadelphia where she fell in love with the city. While living in Philly she discovered the charm of Chestnut Hill and seeks to promote the area as one of the best places and friendliest neighborhoods to live in Philadelphia.
